Your costume jewellery can be cleaned with a soft cloth. Please don't wear your jewellery in the bath, shower, awimming pool, hot tub or while working out. Spray perfume and hairspray before putting your jewellery on. Store in the organza bag provided to avoid scratching against other pieces.

CatDesignz standard packaging is a sheer organza gift bag or a candy striped eco friendly paper bag. I also have a selection of beautiful boxes that can be added to your purchase. Sometimes the size of the box will alter the shipping cost so please see individual listings for details.
I reuse packaging wherever possible so your outer envelope or box and any packing paper bubble wrap shred etc will have been used previously when supplies were delivered to me.

Gift wrap is available at a small additional cost, please select at the time of your purchase

All sales of custom and personalised items are final and therefore we cannot accept returns except where an item is faulty where we will refund or replace at our discretion.

All returns from overseas must be marked as a return for customs purposes in order to avoid customs duty on their entry back into the UK. Any customs fees levied by items returned to us will be deducted from the value of any refund due

Well documented issues with Canadapost can lead to long delays at customs. I will therefore only send via tracked delivery to Canada. Please leave plenty of time for your item to arrive as 6 weeks is not an unusual delay when dealing with international mail from UK to Canada.
